PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
This website provides information about Amy Jordan’s campaign for U.S. Congress in New York’s 12th District. It also enables supporters to donate, volunteer, and contact the campaign. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
CONTRIBUTION TERMS (FEC REQUIREMENTS)
By making a contribution on this website, you confirm that:

You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.

You are contributing your own personal funds.

You are not making this contribution on behalf of a corporation, labor union, foreign national, or federal contractor.

You are at least 18 years old.

You are using a personal credit/debit card or bank account.
CONTRIBUTION LIMITS
Individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election (Primary and General count separately).Contributions are not tax-deductible.
DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT
Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of donors giving over $200 in a cycle.
REFUND POLICY
All contributions are final. Refunds may be issued only when required by law or in the event of a processing error.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and content on this website are the property of the Campaign unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or distribute them without written permission.
